The Company is managed by the Rajeev Kanodia, Director and his brother Sanjeev Kanodia.They are managing the whole affairs of the company.

Mr.Rajiv Kanodia, Managing Director born in 1977, he is MBA. He is managing the whole affairs of the company. The Plant stands among the Eastern India’s top most heavy and advance rolling facilities. The unit is spread over 10 acres of free hold land with first class construction of about 50,000 sq ft of factory building with adequate infrastructure facilities like power, transport and communication facilities. The total capacity of the mill is 100000 mt on double shift basis as compared to 50000 tonnes in 2005 recording a growth of over 100%. With the commissioning of the second rolling mill, he had doubled the Balmukund TMT production/sales and emerges as one of the top reputed rolling mills in Eastern India.

Their vision can be gauged by the fact the when they were brought in to managment in 2004, BCL was a unit with the nominal turnover of 30 crores.In year 2009, BCL posted a tunover of 100 crores in less than five years tenure. This would not have happened had two brothers sat back satisfied at 30 crores, which many thought was pretty good for an SSI unit. Within very short period of operations of the rolling mill, BCL’ s products – reinforcement of bars used in the construction industry have established a name in the market and are able to command a premium in the price over that of other top re-rollers.
